Welcome to Mind Brew Psychology

Who Are We?

Mind Brew Psychology is a budding psychology practice that prioritises taking a pause from our busy lives. Among the many responsibilities we humans have, we can agree that time is a finite resource yet our to-do lists are ever-growing. No matter how full life may get, it sometimes may feel like something is missing. Mind Brew Psychology aims to help individuals find a collective pause in their communities and personal lives, to attend to what is most meaningful. 


How do we take 24 hours in a day, 168 hours in a week, and 8,760 hours in a year to our advantage and prioritise aspects of life we value and enjoy. Well, at Mind Brew Psychology, we believe that taking a mindful break can help us hit the pause button from stressful and busy lives. Having a brewed cuppa tea can help us sit and process experiences, and use time effectively to take action for what matters. The act of intentionally taking a break, to build space and to rest, can release us from the grasps of impending deadlines and urgency and promote healthier mental and physical well being.

At Mind Brew Psychology, we believe effective therapy is tailored to the individual, adapts to your real-life needs, and is backed by scientific evidence. 


It can be challenging to find the ‘right’ therapist. A relationship with a psychologist is not one without challenges, however you can expect acceptance, validation, and empathy, despite difficult situations in your life.
