Who are we?
We recognise the importance of taking a mindful pause amidst the demands of modern life. In a world where time is finite and responsibilities continue to grow, it's not uncommon to feel that despite being busy, something essential is missing.
Just as a thoughtfully brewed cup of tea invites stillness, we believe that small, deliberate breaks can offer opportunities for reflection and action. Taking time to step back from urgency and pressure promotes both mental and physical well-being, enabling us to approach life with greater intention and presence.
Many adults we see often struggle with feeling 'not good enough', struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, complex trauma, disordered eating, or people-pleasing patterns. Our primary approach is integrating evidence based treatment such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy to address deeper patterns, supporting meaningful and lasting change.
