Professional Supervision

Niki is a Board Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

She is also able to provide Principal Supervision for those working toward endorsement via the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program.

Niki is deeply committed to mentoring early-career psychologists as they find their footing in the profession. Drawing on her extensive background in both public healthcare and private practice, she has developed a specialised focus on treating complex trauma, eating disorders, and personality disorders, as well as supporting individuals with ADHD and autism.

In her supervision sessions, Niki focuses on helping clinicians expand their therapeutic range and improve client outcomes. She is especially dedicated to building her supervisees' confidence in applying evidence-based interventions and client-centered strategies to their daily practice.
